Managed hosting, domain connection maintenance, core system compatibility, and security/dependency maintenance. It does not include unlimited content edits, redesigns, new pages, or new features — those can be requested and, where they go beyond maintenance, quoted separately.
Yes — you'll be able to submit change and support requests from your dashboard once your site is live. Requests outside normal maintenance scope may require a separate quote.
Yes. Cancelling future annual renewal doesn't take your website offline immediately — it remains hosted through the end of your current paid hosting period, and your data isn't deleted.
