We use first-party analytics to understand how visitors use this site — page views, general navigation, and traffic sources. We assign a random, anonymous identifier stored in your browser to help us understand visits and interactions. We do not use this identifier for cross-site tracking or browser fingerprinting, and we do not retain your IP address as part of our analytics records.
If you use our chat assistant, your messages are stored so we can respond and, if you choose to escalate to support or provide contact details, so our team can follow up. If you identify yourself as an existing client, we will verify this via a one-time code sent to your email on file before showing any account-specific information.
Client Accounts & Projects
If you become a Neon Goat Studios client, we store the account, business, and project information necessary to build, host, and support your website and booking system — including contact details, onboarding answers, support requests, and payment status. This information is only accessible to you (via your authenticated account) and to Neon Goat Studios staff.
